I’ve been wanting to tell you all about the easiest way ever to lose weight. Loosing without eating rabbit food or starving or only eating meat. But, we’re over half way through summer, lives are crazy busy. Soon we’ll be trying to get our kids organized for back-to-school and even though this eating plan is easy schmeazy, it still takes a little time and planning. I’ve been a bit swamped with the web site and Facebook launch, and have not been eating the way I should lately. So, I wanted to let you all know that I’ll pass along little bits of info in the next few weeks, and then let’s all plan on starting this fall. It’s always more fun to do things with a group, especially when you’re trying to change habits. Maybe I’ll run a contest of some type? Thoughts?
But I will tell you, that when you eat low glycemic, you can still eat pretty much everything (well, not sugar, but there is a way to fill that craving); even bread and pasta, but there is a trick to it. Just to give you a hint, since I’ve already written that it is mainly the spike in insulin that causes us to gain and retain weight, there is a way to eat these carbs and greatly lessen the blood sugar spike. The other day, I really wanted a BLT, and I had one – with white bread - two slices! And my blood sugar only went up 20 points! It was awesome! Wanting to know how? Stay tuned!
